Order Processing

Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note that shipping times will depend on your preferred shipping method. Economy shipping time is usually 7-10 business days in the United States (including Hawaii). 

Domestic Shipping

The Palindrome Collection is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, damages to items caused by courier, incorrect address information, and P.O. Box issues. Please review and ensure that the shipping address information is correct before placing an order.

International Shipping

We are currently not accepting international orders at this time. Please subscribe to our email newsletters and stay connected with us on social media to be the first to know when it becomes available. 

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases (including gift cards) made from The Palindrome Collection are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. All of our products are made with care and we inspect each item several times prior to packaging to ensure that you will love them as much as we do.
